产品概述
The MAX17543 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronousstep-down DC-DC converter with integrated MOSFETsoperates over a 4.5V to 42V input. The converter candeliver up to 2.5A and generates output voltages from0.9V up to 0.9 x VIN. The feedback (FB) voltage isaccurate to within ±1.1% over -40°C to +125°C.
The MAX17543 uses peak current-mode control. Thedevice can be operated in the pulse-width modulation(PWM), pulse-frequency modulation (PFM), ordiscontinuous conduction mode (DCM) control schemes.
The device is available in a 20-pin (4mm x 4mm) TQFNpackage. Simulation models are available.
